This practice is comprised of out-of-network (OON) providers, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. Many PPO plans include OON benefits that can reimburse you for a portion of session fees — but managing the claims process is often cumbersome, and clients find they aren’t getting the reimbursement they need to work with the provider they actually want.
We have partnered with Mentaya to make this easier. After each session, we enter your session information and Mentaya automatically submits a claim to your insurance on your behalf, with reimbursement going directly to you.
