I started my work at Bay Area Addiction Research and Treatment in 2014 where I worked with people struggling with addiction from a harm reduction model. I worked at the Community Institute for Psychotherapy for 5 years as an intern therapist, learning and practicing Relational Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion Focussed Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Brief Counseling at a Detox Center. I also worked for 3 years at the Carl. I have advanced training in several modalities, including Emotion Focussed Couples Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I currently work at Lincoln in their Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Program in Alameda County with system involve youth and and families struggling with trauma, relational ruptures, and substance use.
